Ride #3: B Patiserrie
After being in LA for two weeks, drove back up to the city and immediately treated myself to a bakery ride. Despite being in the Bay Area for 5 years, I never had a chance to visit b. Patiesserie even though I heard so many great things about it.

Takeaway:
Don’t take opportunities for free.
Understand that your time and skills are valuable. Giving it away for free diminishes your value as an athlete (or any other professions).Don’t believe in the story of the overnight success.
People won’t see all of the hard work you put in and the sacrifices you made to be where you are. You’ll also have so many more bad races than good ones.
